AboutWeb has provided support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) since 2004 and we continue to build our relationships in that agency. Our experience with DHS includes supporting US-VISIT and Border Enforcement Management Services (BEMS) within Customs and Border Protection (CBP), as well as providing support for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).AboutWeb’s role as part of the Accenture/US-VISIT Team is to provide technical support including: project controls, software engineering, web development, business analysis, and O&M Management. For BEMS, AboutWeb provided Java developers and Adobe LiveCycle Specialists that were part of the team responsible for building the new Processing, Biometric, Assaults, Oasiss, and Prosecutions systems for CBP. AboutWeb also provides technical support to CBP including help desk, 24×7 LAN operation, and deployment and maintenance of enterprise software and hardware.
