Robert Epstein, President & CEO of AboutWeb, Creator of AboutWeb Cares

Mr. Epstein is the founder of AboutWeb and creator of the AboutWeb Cares program. He has over thirty years of experience as an entrepreneur and his background includes government contracting, IT solutions, cybersecurity, staff augmentation, accounting, and finance. Mr. Epstein has created and grown four successful companies, including co-founding CareerBank, the largest accounting and finance specialty job board network in the United States. Mr. Epstein graduated Cum Laude from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and worked for Arthur Andersen. He is a certified public accountant with additional experience as a programmer and database specialist.

James Archy, Chief Operating Officer & Facility Security Officer

Mr. Archy has been at AboutWeb for over ten years and has over twenty years of experience in the disciplines of human resources, staff augmentation, IT recruiting, and government contracts. He oversees those departments at AboutWeb, managing all recruiting and staffing efforts and handling the contractual aspects of AboutWeb’s IT Solutions division.


Mike Miller, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Miller has over twenty five years of experience working as a senior level accounting and finance offcer. He has had successful involvement in startups, growth companies ($150M – $250M), and international organizations, as well as significant experience with service and software companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from George Washington University and is a Certified Public Accountant.


Phill Nacelli, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Nacelli has been at AboutWeb for over twelve years and has over twenty years of experience in software development, lifecycle and architecture. He has lead a multitude of projects delivering enterprise web based solutions across several technologies and industries in the government, nonprofit, and private sectors. Mr. Nacelli oversees AboutWeb’s TouchStone product development and solutions group with focus on aligning our clients’ critical business needs with technical strategy, architecture, and implementing best practices adoption across the entire team.

Angela Young, Director of Business Development & Marketing

Ms. Young is a creative professional and seasoned team leader with over fifteen years of experience growing businesses in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Ms. Young seeks to develop the social mission of AboutWeb to grow the company and ultimately change as many lives as possible through the AboutWeb Cares program. Her core talents include digital marketing strategy, public speaking, personnel management, government contracting, federal capture, full life-cycle recruiting, corporate branding, SEO/SEM, video, graphic design, and social media. 

Tami Polcak, Senior Resource Manager

Ms. Polcak is an experienced Senior Resources Manager with a demonstrated history of excellence working in the information technology and services industry. She has strong consulting professional skills in full-cycle recruiting coverage, permanent placement, executive search, technical recruiting, and resource management. As the Senior Resources Manager, Ms. Polcak assigns Recruiter workloads, ensuring that all open positions receive adequate coverage.

Dominic Thompson, Lead Internet Researcher, AboutWeb Cares Program

Mr. Thompson has over twelve years of experience in customer service and relationship management in the corporate sector. Since joining the Aboutweb Cares program, he has been instrumental in finding qualified candidates to fill open job requirements. Mr. Thompson is currently pursuing his Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Operating Systems Fundamentals certification.

Debra Raymond, Resource and Operations Coordinator, AboutWeb Cares Program

Ms. Raymond has over twenty years of experience in the event design and interior design field. She brings strong communication, vision, consulting and professional organization. With passion and creativity she brings a strong element to the technical and resource coordination, including mentoring, daily operations coordination, on-boarding.
