The sixth annual awards program recognizes the best of Maryland’s cybersecurity ecosystem
Hanover, Md. – September 26, 2022 – Penacity today announced the Cybersecurity Association of Maryland Inc. (CAMI), Maryland’s only nonprofit organization dedicated to bolstering the growth of the state’s cybersecurity industry, named Penacity CEO Dr. Timothy Schilbach as a finalist in the 2022 Cybersecurity Awards. These competitive awards recognize leading-edge cybersecurity products and services, along with change-makers and innovators, that contribute to our nation’s cybersecurity ecosystem.

Dr. Timothy Schilbach’s cybersecurity career spans over two decades as a soldier for the US Army and as a entrepreneur and business owner. Dr. Schilbach has been nominated for the 2022 Cybersecurity Champion of the Year award.
Award winners will be unveiled during CAMI’s Annual Celebration and Awards Ceremony at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve on October 19. These awards highlight the best and brightest of Maryland’s cybersecurity industry and will honor those that have protected businesses and government entities with their innovative and outstanding services.
