AboutWeb is working closely with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program at the National Institutes of Standards and Technology (NIST) to develop software to manage their assessment program. AboutWeb released the Criteria Editor as part of a multi-year project for enhancements of their BOSS software. The Criteria, a tool for understanding and managing organizational performance, are used to assess an organization’s performance. Baldrige Performance Excellence Program has now released it’s 2017-2018 Baldrige Excellence Framework.
