AboutWeb instuctors traveled to Richland, Washington last week to conduct training courses for the Mission Support Alliance (MSA) in conjunction with the Department of Energy. Mission Support Alliance and the Department of Energy work closely to develop practical and safe solutions to clean up the Hanford Site in Richland. MSA’s Site Forms Management team is introducing major changes this month which include an upgrade to Adobe LiveCycle ES4. We were called in to aid this transition by teaching both the Developing Forms with LiveCycle Designer ES4 and ES4 Designer Specialist courses over the week. By mastering the new software before implementation, the team hopes to add useful features to improve the process of managing their over 2,400 forms.
