Duties and Responsibilities:

The SharePoint Administrator/Developer will work directly with the client and other team members designing, developing, troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing Microsoft SharePoint 2007 site collections. The selected candidate will participate in the planning and design of SharePoint sites; maintaining and providing ongoing design support; and assisting with site reviews to ensure operation in accordance with client policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

· Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Designer to include data integration with external systems, development and customization of workflows and html pages, misc. configuration

· 3-5 years experience developing custom web parts using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET 2.0+, C#, SQL)

· Understanding of SharePoint Designer 2007/2010 site design features, reports, and workflow design

· Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

· 1-3 Years SharePoint administration and support experience.

· Administration/Development experience with MOSS/SharePoint 2007 required; exposure to SharePoint 2010 is preferred

· Knowledge of MOSS Security/Permissions Management and experience granting access to users/groups within the site collection

· Ability to develop reports based on document libraries and lists.

· Experience with User Profiles and MySites.

Desired/Preferred Skills:

· Excellent communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) and organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and solve problems analytically

· Microsoft SharePoint certification preferred, but not required.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

o Strong knowledge and experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project management and applicability of IT controls to development deliveries

o Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (C#.Net, SQL Server, Reporting Services, …)

o Federal Government experience a plus

Education Requirements:

A BA/BS degree in a field relevant to the work is preferred.

Clearance: Secret preferred (to expedite EOD process), ability to get EOD
