| Skills Requirements: · Business requirements gathering activities from both formal and informal sessions · Proficient in systems analysis, system documentation · Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem resolution skills · Excellent communication skills (both oral and written); Excellent writing, grammar, punctuation skills · Excellent knowledge of UML; Proficient in creating and maintaining Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagrams, and other UML diagrams · Proficient in MS tools · Proficient in Use Case development · Experience with creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams · Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle · Leading and participating in gathering requirements in sessions with Customers
It is a plus to have the following: · 4 or more years experience with relational databases; 4 or more years experience with DB2 and DB2 utilities for loading and unloading · Documenting requirements in Requisite Pro · Knowledge of and 2 or more years experience with Quality Center (QC) |
| Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 11 years of professional experience; or 11 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority. |
