AboutWeb is seeking Microsoft .NET Solutions Developers for a government contract in Sterling, VA office. The Candidate will work all phases of solutions development and implementation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Software as part of a Development Team
- Define software requirements and perform configuration management
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Applicants selected will be subject to Government security background investigation and must meet eligiblity and suitability requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher is required
- 3 - 5 + years of Microsoft and Oracle Development experience ?
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
REQUIPMENT AND APPLICATIONS
- Candidates must have significant Recent development experience with ASP.NET and C# 4.0 using Visual Studio 2010, including:
- MVC
- jQuery
- LINQ
- Ajax
- WCF-based Web Services
- Experience with NHibernate or other ORM technology in a .NET environment
- Experience with relational data models and SQL
- Experience with XML and programming libraries for XML manipulation
- Agile project and development experience utilizing Team Foundation Server 2010
- 5-10+ years of programming experience with increasing levels of responsibility and expertise
