The Architect/Implementor shall have extensive experience in architecting and deploying identity management solutions using tools similar to CA's Identity Management Suite with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms. Extensive experience utilizing the capabilities of the IDM technology framework to support the identity lifecycle across all IT environments; from the Web to the mainframe, centralize and automate users identity life cycle creation, modification and deletion and ensure that only authorized users have access to critical IT resources. Extensive experience implementing workflows and automating processes within the Identity Manager suite of products as well as integrating IDM Admin tool sets by developing necessary new connectors or changing existing connectors to ensure a smooth integration of the new architecture with existing infrastructure. Experience with surveys is also desired. Hands-on experience with projects supporting Service Oriented Architecture principles. Works without technical oversight or as the leader of a team as required. Shall possess strong oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively convey concepts, issues, reports, and other deliverables to counterparts.
Skills Requirements:

Extensive experience developing and implementing Identity Management Solutions

  • Experience with Web Service Technology and Security
  • Experience using the following technologies: Java, J2EE, JSP, EJB, XML, JDBC, Servlets, JPA, XSLT, WSDL and WebSphere
  • Experience with open source software like JBOSS etc
  • Experience with JAXB. JAX-RPC.JAX-WS, SSL, MTOM, Apache ServiceMix, Fuse Mediation Router, BPEL, Drools engine, soapUI
  • Experience in developing applications on WebSphere Application Server.
  • Experience with SQL, DB2, JCL, Oracle, Eclipse IDE and MKS
  • Experience with as Shell, Jython and Jacl scripting languages
  • Experience with following operating systems Windows, solaris, LINUX, HP/UX
  • Experience leading and directing efforts of other developers on the project
  • Clear understanding of SOA Principles and Concepts, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and principles CMM/CMMI
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to support software engineering lifecycle (requirements analysis, design alternatives; detail program specifications etc.)
  • Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment
  • Experience with complex programming, program debugging, data analysis, problem analysis and resolution issues within OO application systems
  • Communidation skills to present ideas and concepts effectively
  • Strong and proven problem solving skills
  • Self-managed with the ability to mentor others.

Education:

Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited college in a related

discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 11+ years or more of professional experience.
